JUNIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER - BARCELLONA

WE NEED YOU FOR THESE ACTIVITIES:

NIER Ingegneria is increasing the technical team of our System Engineering department, looking for smart, flexible and engaged people, and selecting a Junior Mechanical Engineer.

Main tasks responsibilities:

  • Provide support in Technical Project management, including the management of complex technical work packages, monitoring and controlling of technical activities;
  • Provide support in the Requirement management and verification and interface management, especially for safety-related components;
  • Provide support in the review of plans and procedures for the manufacturing of systems, structures and components of basic nuclear installations, and for the related technical controls (according to the applicable construction codes).

YOU ARE PERFECT FOR US IF YOU HAVE:

  • Master’s Degree in Nuclear, Mechanical, or Aerospace engineering;
  • Professional experience of at least 2 years in Design and/or analysis of mechanical components and/r Requirement management and verification;
  • English Independent User (B2 minimum);
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.

IF YOU ALSO HAVE THESE QUALITIES, WE APPRECIATE IT:

  • Professional and/or academicals experience in nuclear fusion projects (preferably ITER);
  • Experience in writing technical/scientific documentation and reports;
  • Willingness for international travels.
