Maintenance, development and audit of HSEQ management systems for petrochemical groups
Brief
Provide support for the maintenance and development of HSEQ management systems.
Project challenge
To maintain certification according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards for several sites belonging to Primary Group of petrochemical industry’s companies, and support for the dissemination of the culture of environmental sustainability and safety to all operational staff involved in HSE.
Solution
provision of a competent, flexible and capable team with a widespread presence on the ground, standardising as far as possible the approach and the evaluations carried out.
Execution phases
Update/revision of HSE Management System documents certified in accordance with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001;
HSE Audits (System Audits and Regulatory Compliance Audits) for several sites belonging to the Primary Group of petrochemical industry in Italy;
Updating of the Register of HSE regulations;
Technical support for transition of the Eni R&M Primary Logistics Business Line certified Management System to ISO 14001:2015;
Provision of HSE training.
Achieved results
The HSE Integrated Management System was maintained and developed in accordance with the relevant standards
