Brief
Provide support for the design, implementation and verification of a Quality Management System aimed at orders in the aviation, space and defence sector and certifiable according to the AS/EN 9100 standard.
Project challenge
This was a complex project linked to the aviation, space and defence sector with specific legislation and a very short completion time
Solution
Establishment of a multi-disciplinary working group to achieve the target within the required timeframe, conducting numerous meetings updating training and alignment, exploiting the 9001 management system already in place and consolidated within the company and the group.
