Brief

implement, develop, maintain and update management systems and provide consultancy on HSE issues, with particular focus on operational HSE monitoring in production departments and housekeeping in external areas.

Project challenge

to act as a reference point for HSE and management system issues for a constantly evolving reality, with needs to be managed immediately and competently, in accordance with voluntary standards and current legislation.

Solution

Definition of a preferential channel for the management of requests and needs highlighted by the client and in-depth knowledge of the company’s reality, in order to be able to provide support in a practical and operational function on HSE issues, respecting the client’s timetable.

Execution phases

FASE 1

Definition of an annual HSE audit plan;

 

FASE 2

Carrying out HSE audits with on-site visits aimed at verifying the processes/aspects defined by the organisation, compliance obligations and the requirements of the reference standards (UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI ISO 45001:2018, UNI CEI EN ISO 5001:2018);

 

FASE 3

 

Downstream of the audits, preparation of specific reports indicating the findings (Non-Conformities/Observations/Opportunities for improvement) in the production departments and in the external areas.

 

FASE 4
  1. Support in the management of corrective actions deriving from internal audits and third-party audits (Certification Body).

 

FASE 5

Advice on HSE issues and adherence to (often stringent) deadlines.

 

Achieved results

having contributed to the development of the HSE management system (now in a mature phase), to a systemic approach and to a high level of awareness and sensitivity to HSE issues within the production departments
