Along the way, we meet people and companies that become companions on our journey, increasing our ability to respond.

The need for an integrated business consultancy for our customers has sparked our participation, since 1998, in Valore Impresa.

The evolution of new technologies pushed us, in 2002, to respond with courage: from NIER’s IT area and meetings with new partners came NSI – Nier Soluzioni Informatiche: software, infrastructure, security, web.

More recently, NIER joined the corporate structure of the innovative start-up Next-e in the energy design company Telos.

The “turnkey” challenge is at the root of participation in two consortia which we promote:

• Tecnion, dedicated to architecture and integrated engineering, from design to project management;
• CO.META, oriented towards consulting for institutions and companies.

In recent years, NIER has also entered into numerous collaboration agreements with Italian universities, including theAlma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, the Politecnico di Milano, and the University of Rome Tor Vergata.

Altogether we are an association of over 300 technicians, with different specialisations and proven experience. Many, very many, looking back; but few, still too few, if we look at how much is still to be done.
